I saw this on Anna's blog from Google Reader, and it seemed so awesome, and I really don't feel like doing homework, even though I always do it after school ends.

Wonil
So, he wondered why I mentioned him at all in the Power Bloggers, so I told him I'd write a post just for him in my personal blog. Here it is.
Wonil, I hope your hand gets better so you can cook even more Korean food. Gosh, you eat so much. I guess it's kind of cool but sad that you almost drowned all those times. Thank you for taking us out that evening. It was really fun, even though I didn't like tennis at the time. You don't need to make those thousand origami roses as you said you were going to do. Maybe you forgot about it, though. You're so great that my mom asked if I still hung out with you before she realized you went back to G-ville. Haha. It's interesting that you have such an expensive cardboard box in your truck. And vodka. What did you do with that, by the way? Not the box. I'm sorry you think you should give up on girls. Thank you for making your schedule so awkward so you could learn some difficult Chinese. Hopefully it will help you some day. You're going to be an amazing general surgeon, and the little kids in Africa are going to love you.
Thank you for everything, even though you don't think that should be said.

Open House
Everyone who put Lacey's name in something or other in Ms. Womble's room got her 10 points of extra credit. This was the deciding factor for my mother when she thought about whether or not she should go to Open House again.
This is an approximate description of what happened.
1st Period
So she entered the Psych room.
Ms. Womble: I don't have a first period.
mother: I am here to get extra credit for a student. How can I get her 10 points of extra credit?
mw: Well, you have to be sitting here at 6:45.
mother: I am not her parent. I can't split myself up because I have to go to my daughter's classes.
mw: Oh, that makes sense... she emailed me about someone being sick. -gives mother form to fill out and such- What is your daughter's name?
mother: Kejing. She is Lacey's friend.
mw: Darn, I don't have her.
mother: She will take your class next year.
mw: See you next year!
4th period
Mr. Carpenter: Your daughter made 100s on two of her quizzes.
mother very quickly: Oh, she didn't do well on the first one.
mc: I talked to her about what she needed to do -blahblahblah-
Another mother: What if -insert guy name here- got two problems correct out of seven...?
mc: Well, to be honest, he told me that he hadn't reviewed before it.
5th period
Mrs. Ewart: The passing rate last year was 45%. It broke my heart.

Yeaheah.
In Lang, we had a pretest on Latin and Greek roots. It wasn't actually a slap in the face, though. I did better than I expected, which wasn't amazing, but Diana knew almost all of them, so props to her Latin I through AP skills.
I'm tired every day, to good measure.
I finally raped Physics.
There's a test in history next Wednesday, and we need B's to maintain A's in the class, or something like that. I guess it could be worse.
There is a little hope that I will get through this year. When it is over, everything will seem so easy.
The rise of colonial America is not very exciting.
The weekends are pretty good this year.
You hit my heart (heart, heart)
You didn't ask me for my number?
Wait, you didn't ask me for my number?
Hmm I like the fact that you didn't ask that
Cause you already got my number, huh

Say, hey!
While I was in the car with Blair, she played some good music such as Aly & AJ, which I've never heard. She also played Miley Cyrus songs. I didn't know I'd like them, but her album, Breakout, really isn't that bad. I don't think she's very pretty or anything, but it was just fine.
I'm going to interrupt listening to the six(edit: seven) songs by her that I downloaded today in the nick of time to do another music thing.
1. Shuffle songs
2. Write the songs.

Beneath the milky twilight... leave me, out on the moonlit floor.
When I was little, I was glad when my mom's friends called her on the phone. Then, if she was in a bad mood, she would be laughing on the phone and such. After a good conversation, she wouldn't be as unhappy.
Today, my mother and Jack's mother met each other. They were a short distance away from us. I was sitting in the Corolla, ready to drive off with my mother and Jack. OH yeah, Jack was scared at first. My mother decided to get out and meet Jack's mother. We couldn't quite hear them because we were talking to each other, but our mothers seemed to be having a pleasant conversation. I thought it was pretty swell.
At tennis today, well, the second time we went to tennis, I was sort of lying down for a while, with my back and head on the hard court. The rain was falling down, and a drop even went into my left eye. It wasn't pouring by any means. There was a sort of drizzle for maybe five minutes or so. And it felt really good.

>:(
I was so tired today so I decided to lie down and listen to some music after dinner. I turned the iPod off for while, and in not an extraordinarily long amount of time, I forgot everything. How? Well, the next time I could think, I realized that it was about 9:00pm. I had taken a two-hour nap involuntarily. This reminds me of the time when I was little, and I decided to lie on the couch, got up, thought it was the morning, brushed my teeth, and thought I had gone to the grocery store with my mother the previous day.
I was taking my contacts out in case I fall asleep for a night. This was pretty normal, except when I completely lost my right contact after I took it out and was putting it in the case. Turns out there was no contact in the case. Uhh.
I don't like naps.

Yeah.
I watched Casino Royale, and it is probably one of the best movies I've seen in a while. I don't mean to be cruel, but it was satisfying to know that one of the main characters died.
Wow, there really is only a weekend left. If I had another week, I wouldn't be any better prepared.
There isn't anyone else in the house right now. It's nice and quiet. I like to take the time to be alone, thinking. It makes me want to live alone for a while.

Make Up Your Mind
I decided not to bring down the blinds. The trees have already gotten to a very dark shade of green. The sky is a pastel sort of blue that subtly suggests violet.
My upper legs have been and are still very sore. When I stood up this morning to walk, a shock of dull pain shot through them. Great stuff. It took until about past noon for me to realize that people who work for the city were taking out the cracked sidewalk in front of the house.
My right contact was bothering me all day. I took it out, put it back in, and felt better. After that, I had to take it out again. This is when I realized that the edge was ripped. So, approximately $7.33 had failed me. Yeah, that's how much that little piece of lens is worth. Crazy. On the bright side, this is the first time in about seven or eight years I've had 20/20 vision.
I met Coach Jim today! He didn't know who I was, though.
If you know from which song the title is derived, then props to you.

Eh.
I asked Chanyang how she was. She said, "eh." After an exciting weekend, it seems as if many of us feel the same way.
I drove my family to Target today. Before we left, I made a last-minute decision to get a pencil. The day of the final awards ceremony at Nationals, I lost the pencil that I had used since 8th grade. I have this weird feeling like I can't go back to school without it. Well, it would be expensive to buy another one online. So, I got this stainless steel pencil that I kind of regret because I probably won't use it as much as I had hoped. Eh, I will use my blue one for now, and a bunch more pen. There are many more important things in life than a pencil, but I used it almost every day, for thousands of different reasons throughout the years, and picked it up more than that.
It won't be the same.
